Forest Bond HK Limited supplies wooden components and cleaning tool parts — round dowels, square strips, wooden hangers, broom heads and handles — to importers, distributors and private label buyers in Europe and North America.
Work starts from a specification: a drawing, a sample or an existing item. Dimensions, surface finish and packing are agreed before production, and each order is produced to the approved reference.

How an order runs
From timber to carton.
Four stages are reviewed on every order, so the part that arrives matches the part agreed on paper.

Timber selection
Stock is graded for straightness and visible defects before machining, with species confirmed against the order.
- 02
Machining
Dowels, strips and handle blanks are cut and turned to the agreed diameter or section, then inspected in batches.
- 03
Surface finishing
Pieces are sanded and, where required, painted or printed to the approved reference before assembly.
- 04
Packing and inspection
Finished goods are bundled and cartoned against the packing plan, with quantity and finish checked before dispatch.
